WHY THIS SYSTEM

A practical commercial starting point.

The 289kWh cabinet can be assessed for sites seeking to reduce suitable demand peaks, improve solar self-consumption, coordinate EV charging or add controlled stored energy to an approved resilience design.

Multiple systems may be considered where the load profile and connection capacity support a larger modular deployment.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before requesting a quotation.

What data should I provide?+

Ideally: half-hourly electricity data, peak demand, import/export limits, solar capacity, planned EV charging, single-line diagram if available, site location and target timescale.

Can it provide backup power?+

Backup or islanded operation depends on the selected configuration, switchgear, protection, load priorities and approved site design. It should not be assumed from storage capacity alone.

Does Soundon manufacture the cells?+

Yes. Soundon has manufactured battery cells in China for more than 12 years and integrates its own cells across its storage products.

What happens after I enquire?+

We review the site objectives and available data, identify information gaps, then define whether a technical assessment or quotation is the appropriate next step.
